ABSS Spring Carnival Welsh Ring with Part Welsh Feature Program

The NEBRPG will be hosting the Welsh Ring at the ABSS Spring Carnival with classes for in hand & saddle for all Welsh sections including the Part Welsh Feature Program. Rings will also be held for the APSB, Riding Pony, Open & many more.
