Inner Reflections: A Level 2 & 3 Iyengar Yoga Asana Workshop with Lin Craddock

Join us to explore inner reflections and the journey of self-realisation through meditative poses, perfect for some mindfulness and introspection. We’ll dive into the Yoga Sutras, focusing on Samadhi (absorption), and discuss ways to incorporate meditation and mindfulness into your daily routine for increased awareness and self-awareness. Hope to see you there!

This workshop is an excellent opportunity for students eager to deepen their practice. We recommend having at least six months of experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch.
