Harnessing Energy: A Level 2 & 3 Asana Workshop with Lin Craddock

We will explore the theme of balancing activity and rest. We’ll be mixing dynamic sequences with restorative poses to help you better understand how to manage your energy. Plus, we’ll chat about the Yoga Sutras and the principle of Brahmacharya (moderation), focusing on how to balance exertion with rest in our hectic lives. It’s a perfect chance to deepen your practice or just relax with like-minded folks. Hope to see you there!

Who is this for?
This workshop is an excellent opportunity for students eager to deepen their practice. We recommend having at least six months of experience. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch
