Intermediate 1 Mountain Bike Skills 19th October 2025

This skills course is for (men and women) that have ridden trails however have never understood the “where what and how” of the technical riding skills.
The course will be held over 4 x 2 hour sessions at Underwood Park and Daisy Hill Forest over 4 Sunday sessions.
The first session is on a flat grassy oval breaking down the base skills. Sessions 2-4 will be on the trails applying these skills. The skills reviewed on this course will include cornering, braking, berms, pumping, crossing an obstacle, line selection, rock gardens and more! We have seen too many adult riders getting hurt and now it’s time to do something about it!
