This immersive six-course experience celebrates Calabria’s bold, rustic cuisine, where simplicity meets intensity. Expect dishes shaped by the land and sea, layered with chilli heat, slow-cooked richness, citrus brightness and unmistakable southern soul.
Chef Francesco presents a carefully curated menu inspired by Calabrian classics, reimagined with finesse. Think warm breads and oil, the unmistakable red heart of Calabria, stuffed seafood from the coast, handmade pasta with quiet heat, a deeply savoury main, and a dessert that finishes with warmth rather than sweetness alone.
The menu will be paired with expressive southern Italian wines and aperitivi, chosen to complement Calabria’s powerful flavours and earthy depth.
