Join Nat & Joe's long Sunday Lunch Table as our Regional Italian Degustation Series travels to Puglia — the sun-drenched heel of Italy’s boot, where ancient olive trees meet turquoise coastline and food is shaped by land, sea and simplicity.
This immersive six-course experience celebrates Puglia’s honest, generous cuisine. Expect coastal seafood, handmade pasta, slow-cooked depth, citrus brightness and rustic flavours elevated with elegance.
Chef Francesco presents a carefully curated menu inspired by traditional Puglian dishes, reimagined with finesse. Think shared antipasto with burrata and capocollo, tender lamb with vin cotto, coastal mussels, orecchiette with bitter greens, oven-baked local sea bass, and a classic southern pastry to finish.
Each course is thoughtfully paired with expressive wines from Puglia — including Vermentino, Fiano, Rosato and Negroamaro — alongside a welcoming Spritz and a traditional Italian digestivo to close the evening.
