🌿About Fiona
Fiona carries an ancient Rainforest medicine lineage from the Kichwa tribe of Ecuador. She has trained extensively with her two teachers Kurikindi and Sisa and continues to take annual trips to deepen her knowledge and learning.
Sisa (flower) and Kurikindi (golden hummingbird) - the synergy of these two who are brother and sister is reflected in the way that as a mother Sisa stays rooted in the rainforest whilst Kurikindi flies extensively sharing the message of the rainforest. With both these teachers Fiona trains in ceremonial work, cleansing and healing using sacred songs (taki’s) and prayers. These prayers are offered in the Kichwa native tongue as well as English. Her cleanses use sacred plants from the rainforest and in the form of smoke, ritual baths and leaf rattles as well as hands on touch (when necessary). Fiona bridges rainforest medicines with her own indigenous root culture and is deeply grounded in the beautiful and magical Highland landscape she inhabits. She respects the spiritual and ancestral lineages of all those she is honoured to serve but keeps faithful the streams in to which she herself carries. Always offering them with humility, love, respect and compassion. A particular gift she carries is sounding notes of truth through her clear voice and providing mirror like clarity.

💦 The Flow Of The Ceremony
We will begin by blessing and drinking the guayusa tea (brewed the night before) and left to steep overnight to strengthen, this tea enables us to connect with our dream like visioning state. Whether we recall our dreams from the night just passed or we seek to receive messages and wisdom for our lives the guayusa holds an intelligence that supports us in bringing this vision out in to the world to be witnessed, hear and most importantly felt!
It is psychoactive in nature so as we sit we may see, hear or feel things which are being transmitted from the spirit of the plant.
Following this we will use sacred tobacco to ground and align ourselves. We use the tobacco to clean our bodies; it collect our physical or energetic imprint. We then smoke the tobacco (not inhaling it) - as it burns it shows what is occurring in our physical body and/or more broadly in life. One of the original master plants tobacco is very protective and supports us in fully inhabiting our bodies and taking up our right place within the world...
