In this immersive practice, you’ll melt into long, luxurious holds that invite your body to let go of deep-seated tension and dissolve old holding patterns. With each mindful posture, your fascia and connective tissues will drink in much-needed nourishment, hydration, and elasticity—leaving you feeling more supple and at ease in your own skin.
YIN yoga works beneath the surface—bypassing the outer layer of muscle to target the deeper layers of the body. This slow, meditative style not only supports mobility and joint health but also calms the nervous system, enhances energy flow, and creates space for new intentions to take root.
After 75 minutes of “yinning” together, expect to walk away feeling grounded yet expansive, deeply relaxed yet gently energized. It’s the kind of inner shift that stays with you long after you roll up your mat—bringing clarity, peace, and balance into your everyday life.
