VBR Series: State of Talent Attraction

The Roanoke Region is leading the way in Virginia to compete for talent, business, and investment. Join us for the third installment of the Virginia’s Blue Ridge Series as we explore how the region's talent attraction and placemaking work is supporting population growth and earning recognition as “best in class” from the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Julia Boas from the Roanoke Regional Partnership, along with guest speakers, will share insights on how collaborative place-branding is changing the narrative for GenZ, college students, and target audiences around what it means to live and work in Virginia's Blue Ridge. These programs are part of a groundbreaking pilot program with VEDP and DCI that our region earned by being a model for the state.
