Step into your power. Rise from what’s been holding you back. Bloom fully into your radiant self. The Lotus Awakening is more than an event—it’s a transformational journey designed to help you release, restore, and reclaim your inner strength.
Begin with transformational breathwork, where you’ll safely release deep-seated tension, emotional blocks, and patterns stored since childhood or birth. With Brielle’s intuitive guidance, hands-on support, and trauma-informed presence, you’ll feel completely safe to let go, expand, and step into freedom. We will be using noise-cancelling headphones so that you can control the volume of the music and Brielle’s guidance, which creates a safer, more immersive experience where you are in control of the volume and less distracted by other participants’ experience around you.
Then, flow into restorative Yin Yoga, allowing your body to integrate the shifts, open fully, and embody your courage, clarity, and empowerment.
By the end of this journey, you’ll feel grounded, radiant, and fully alive—connected to the truth of your power and the beauty of your unfolding self.
All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Come as you are, and leave transformed, empowered, and blooming.
