Summer Salt Station

Stop by our table at 210 Reserve Avenue (near the fountain) for free samples of LMNT hydration! Registered training group participants also receive a free three-pack of LMNT hydration packets to take home for training week. Want to join us as we approach fall fitness goals?! See link in event page to join up- it's free! However our meetups are also free and open to anyone, walking/strollers/leashed dogs welcome. Walking groups will be offered!
