**Sound Meditation with Suzanne Parsells**

Ease into the holiday season by enjoying a deep relaxation of both mind and body while listening to the sounds of singing bowls, chimes, gongs and other musical instruments.

Feel free to bring your blanket or pillow and dress comfortably. Mats will be provided if needed. You may also sit in a chair if that is more comfortable for you.
