About the event

Somatic and Mindful Yoga

Join us each Saturday from 10-11:30am at The Grandin Wellness Center for Somatic Yoga based on the teachings of Hanna Somatics with Martha Kastler and Mindful Yoga with Evie Urquhart. These classes are gentle, accessible, transformative, and healing. Martha and Evie alternate teaching. DM Martha if you'd like to attend as space is limited. $15 for 90 min class-what a deal!
