Plawking (picking up litter while walking)--it's good exercise, it's good for the environment, and it's good for bringing neighbors and community partners together to meet, interact, and explore Roanoke neighborhoods by foot! It’s fun, too!

Meet the Plawkers on Thursday, September 25, at Birrieria La Vaca—604 5th St SW!

Our plawk will start promptly at 5:30. Please arrive a few minutes early to grab your supplies and hear the route plan. Then we’ll set out on a 45ish minute stroll and pick up litter along the way! Stick around after the plawk for post-plawk food and refreshments with your plawking pals!

All cleanup supplies will be provided (thanks to Clean Valley Council)! All we need is YOU to get pumped up and show up to pitch in! Anyone/everyone is always invited and welcome!
