New Year Power Clinics!

Power Clinics are back! This is an excellent opportunity for your athlete to concentrate on a specific skill or gain a new skill in a small group with a personal coach! Each 30-minute clinic will focus on taking your skill set to the next level with high-intensity training.

12:00-12:30-Basic Skills and Back Walkovers! Focuses on level 1 skills up to back walkovers.

12:30-1:00- Back handsprings and beyond! Learn combination skills and more!

1:00-1:30- Front Tumbling- all front tumbling skills!

1:30-2:00- Jumps! Improve your jumps and learn drills for flexibility!
