Morning Movement with FIT4MOM Roanoke

Come join us for a morning of movement and fun with our little ones hosted by FIT4MOM Roanoke! This FREE interactive activity is a great opportunity to learn some functional exercises and all about the importance of movement and strength for caregivers. Added bonus: you get to be in the library before opening!
