Sourdough Basics

Acquaint yourself with the basics of sourdough bread and pasta!

For those that make it, they realize the simplicity. For those wanting to learn, it can sometimes seem daunting.

Join us as we take you through the steps of creating sourdough bread and pasta. During the evening we will enjoy a meal together of fresh pasta and homemade pasta sauce. While making the sourdough bread you will learn the basics of feeding sourdough starter and the steps in building a loaf.

Everyone will go home with your own sourdough starter, a sourdough loaf to bake at home, a full stomach and lots of information!!
