🎭 “The Face I Wear: A Mask-Making + Mental Health Conversation”An Interactive Emotional Awareness Event
Event Overview:What emotion do you wear most often? Is it joy, sadness, fear, anger, numbness—or a mix you can’t quite name?Join us for “The Face I Wear,” a creative and therapeutic group experience designed to help you explore and express your emotional landscape through the symbolic use of masks.
For this event, each participant is asked to bring or create a mask that represents the emotion they feel most often. Your mask can be as simple or elaborate as you’d like—store-bought, handmade, decorated, blank, painted, or symbolic. What matters is how it reflects your inner emotional truth.
Once in the space together, we’ll sit in a guided, open-hearted circle to share the stories behind our masks. Through group discussion, we’ll explore where our emotions come from, how they show up in our daily lives, and how wearing a “mask” impacts our mental well-being and relationships.
This safe, judgment-free event combines art, psychology, and conversation to open the door for healing, understanding, and deeper self-awareness.
