Build the essential mechanics of pole doubles: shared weight, synced breath, and seamless transitions. Perfect for beginner to intermediate movers ready to explore balance, timing, and lift-off.
Prereqs: Solid climbs and stable pole sits.


3:45pm – 5:15pm | Les Deux 2: Power & Performance
Command the stage. Leave them breathless.
This advanced workshop dives into signature stage-ready sequences, fearless transitions, and dynamic movement up and down the pole. It's precision meets power, with a creative edge only these two can deliver.
Prereqs: Secure inside and outside leg hangs. Advanced level.
