We will explore the basics of aerial hoop with sensual flair, along with playful spins and tricks that flow. Bring heels if you'd like! Whether it is your first time or you already love the hoop, you will discover new ways to feel strong, sexy, and unstoppable 🔥 Mischa will guide you step by step so you leave feeling empowered, accomplished, and maybe a little addicted.
