Yoga mats strongly encouraged

After the sweat comes the sit-down. We’ll close out the session with a relaxed, open circle where we can sip water, catch our breath, and have some real fitness girl talk about consistency, confidence, and the ups & downs of the journey.

Think of it as a soft space for transparent conversation, where everyone can feel seen, supported, and reminded. You're NOT doing this alone.Come ready to move your body, laugh, & open your heart...because sometimes the biggest flex isn’t the glutes, it’s the mindset. 💕💪🏽
