Over the course of 4 weeks, you'll learn the basics of pole dancing in a fun and supportive environment. No experience necessary - this course is perfect for absolute beginners looking to build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Join us for a unique fitness experience that will leave you feeling empowered and energized!

Class meets once a week for one hour, every Mon. at 6:30pm starting 1/5/26 and you get 1 bonus "drop in" pole dance class to use on a format/schedule of your choice within the duration of the course.
