In this immersive event, we will discuss, learn and practice crystal bowls! Your tuition also covers a 75 minute PRIVATE sound bowl session (to be set up at a later date when you’re ready) where you will RECEIVE crystal bowl healing & then get a chance to PRACTICE crystal bowl healing with me (and ask loads of questions, move sound tools around & see what does/doesn’t work for you!) We will spend the day:
•learning the basics & benefits of sound healing with crystal & metal bowls & more!
•start building your OWN sound healing manual (binder, journal & pen included!)
•learn how to play (and how not to play) crystal bowls
•how to set up for individual healing as well as private & group healing sessions
•practice playing crystal & metal sound bowls
•PLUS 75 minute private exploratory crystal sound bowl healing session to receive & practice crystal bowl healing
