HOLOTROPIC BREATHWORK & SOUND BATH

A deep healing experience blending rhythmic breathwork with a restorative sound bath. We’ll ground in, move through holotropic breathwork for release and nervous system reset, then ease into a soothing sound journey for integration. Come to let go, reconnect, and leave feeling centered and renewed.
No experience required.

Yoga mat
Cozy blanket
Pillow (or small bolster)
Before you arrive
Please refrain from eating for 2 hours prior to the session.
Come hydrated and in comfy layers.
Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in.
