• Sound bath

This is a full-body reset — designed to release stored tension, restore circulation, and regulate the nervous system so expansion feels safe.

We’ll unwind the fascia.

We’ll awaken the breath.

We’ll create space for energy to move again.

No forcing.

No pushing.

Just allowing the body to bloom in its own rhythm.
