Special ZoneIn Phase 2 Meeting

Last month, the group working on updating the Columbus Zoning Code presented Phase 2 plans. Phase 1 was approved last year and was limited to commercial properties. Phase 2 consists of a larger group of properties that may include condominium developments and apartments, but not single family homes.

NWCA has arranged for a special meeting to give people in the area an opportunity to present their opinions. Please invite your neighbors to attend on Monday, August 25th at 6:30 pm at the Northwest Church of the Nazarene, 5707 Olentangy River Rd. There will be no Zoom option for this meeting.

ZoneIN staff will bring relevant maps and walk through the current zoning context, including how areas updated in Phase 1 may influence what’s ahead.
