🌌Designed to be "The Eye of All Storms" an unconditional, safe, profound, nourishing and peaceful experience for ALL ages. This experience is something we've found to be very important to share with each other on a regular basis.
👉 WHAT TO EXPECT: 6:30 to 7:00 community gathering time;
**There will be pads mats and tarps but feel free to bring your own blankets and mats for your comfort.**
7:00🥁 We begin with some drumming and simple and easy 🤏stretches and breathwork to open up our system for the biofield restoration. Then we will enjoy the free-form supremely zen deep dive on the 432hz crystal bowls. This takes people to find an automatic shelter from the noise of life and mind, as it helps to keep an outside perspective when returning to the suggestions of the wind.
This will end at 8:15 with a short feedback and experience share. After that we won't rush anyone out who enjoys the afterglow but usually all out by 9p. 🙏
