Yoga & Acupuncture

This monthly class is a beautiful combination of two restorative/healing modalities--yoga and acupuncture. We will move through one hour of gentle yoga before settling in to experience an extended and powerful 30 minute savasana (final resting pose) with a personalized acupuncture treatment. Soak up this amazing opportunity to go deep into a restorative state, re-setting and recharging your body and mind!
