High Vibe Drumming Circle

Are you feeling stuck or in need of an energy boost? Would you like to raise your vibration or open your heart? Bring your hand drum, use one of ours, or simply sit back and take in the vibrations around you. Jay Peterson will lead us through this workshop as we use the power of the drum to find presence, quiet our minds, open our hearts, and step into new energy of self healing and manifestation.

Research has proven that drumming can accelerate healing, boost the immune system, and aid in releasing emotions. In today's world we can all use more of that!
