Join us this October for another fun-filled Forest Families of Chattanooga Fall Camping Trip! We've reserved a group site at the very scenic Cloudland Canyon State Park. If your family would like to be a part of this exciting event, check out the details below!
-Checklist to Confirm Reservation:
1.) 2025 Waiver and Release of Liability Form on file for each attendee
2.) Camping Registration Form submitted for each family
3.) Reservation Fee donated through the event link
-There is a required reservation fee of $30 per family per night to attend this event. All proceeds go towards the cost of this event and to further Forest Families of Chattanooga's mission to get kids outside.
-Cloudland Canyon State Park also requires a $5 parking pass per vehicle. This pass must be purchased at the visitor's center upon arrival.
-There is a limited amount of space available for this event so reservations will be held only after all fees have been paid in full for the desired nights. Families may select specific days/nights or stay for the entire event. Please keep in mind that this will be on a first come first serve basis.
-All attendees will be responsible for their own transportation, food, camping gear, additional expenses, etc. (However, we will be providing some food items and have limited gear and other resources available to those in need. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help your family attend or if you'll be needing any special accommodations.)
-This will be a rain or shine event with the exception of severe conditions. Please plan accordingly with appropriate clothing and gear.
-All caregivers are responsible for their own children throughout the event and accept all risks for both them and their kids. All underage attendees must be accompanied by a legal guardian. Facilitators and other attendees are not responsible for any injuries, illnesses, lost or damaged property, etc.
-All individual attendees must have a 2025 Waiver and Release of Liability form on file to attend this event.

-Check in/out is between 9:00am October 13th and 1:00pm October 15th
-Pets are NOT allowed with the exception of service animals
-Intended for families attending with children under the age of 18
