ASF End of Year (Christmas) lunch and Catch-up 2025

The Scout Fellowship Vic (ASF) enjoys the annual end-of-year lunch and catch-up towards Christmas time each year. A great opportunity near the end of the year for you to meet up with your existing Scout Fellowship friends, and to also meet some new ones. This event is open to all ASF members (and their partners); but there is currently a cap on numbers - 24 people in total - so RSVP quickly to secure your seat.

For the first 24 people who reply (see the "Reserve a spot" button and ticket count above right), the ASF will have a gift reserved for you:

• A scrumptious and fun lolly bag gift.
• A $5 cash voucher to help pay for your lunch (the ASF has some profit funds to share).

Dress: Casual dress is fine. Feel free to wear an ASF shirt or windcheater, etc. Some people will be dressed in Christmas-appropriate fancy dress, so feel free to do likewise. A name tag will also be helpful.

Cost: No cost - simply buy your own lunch and drinks and spend our $5 gift to you. (Bistro Seniors menu not available Sundays).

VENUE: Ringwood RSL Bistro . Opposite Ringwood railway station.
Travel by train to Ringwood, and exit the station on the south side. The RSL is directly across the road.
If driving - There is plenty of car parking on the grounds (but on some days make sure to avoid a parking fine by collecting a "car parking pass" from the RSL reception desk - the car park is administered by the local council).

RSVP: Register your interest here before Thursday 20 November (while seats are available), to make sure you receive a confirmation and more details. (Or reply directly to the undersigned). You can register for 2 people. We will confirm your registration within one day by email (or phone). After you register, you will not need to bring a "ticket" to the event. NOTE: If the event is "sold out", then please contact us to see if there is a vacancy.
