Join Yoga Flow with Lisa Mo at the Tree of Life Shoppe for a very special blend of restorative yoga and the healing energy of Reiki. Presented in a warm, softly lit room with ambient music, this class requires no previous yoga experience. Gift yourself this unique blend of modalities as an opportunity for self-care.
-Class will be 75 minutes in length. Investment is $15.

Restorative yoga is a completely different experience than most other styles of yoga. Together we will be guided through a series of grounded postures where the body is completely supported by props (bolsters, blocks, etc.) that are held for a longer duration, allowing the body to open through passive stretching.
While these poses are held, Lisa will circulate throughout the room to share Reiki energy with each participant. Reiki is a Japanese method of working with the universal life-force energy within us all. It can help promote relaxation while reducing stress and anxiety by guiding energy throughout the body to promote the recipient's self-healing abilities.
When the body enters a state of relaxation the mind can also consciously relax as tension is released from both body and mind.
What to bring:
A yoga bolster will be provided, but please bring a pillowcase for it.
Two blankets
Yoga mat if you have one; loaners available to borrow if needed
Water
Anything else you’d like to get cozy on the floor (warm socks, eye pillow, etc.)
