Chair Yoga

Chair Yoga is back in 2026 and better than ever! Classes are moving to Tuesday mornings at 9am and thanks to a generous grant from The M & T Charitable Foundation, chair yoga classes are free for all participants in 2026.

KymBre Shingara is a professional yoga instructor with a background in holistic healing with foundations in yoga, embodiment, and health coaching. Chair yoga, a gentle form of yoga that's done primarily while seated or using a chair for balance, makes the practice more accessible. In chair yoga, it's possible to move into poses like cat/cow, warrior, sun salutations and forward folds, all while seated. Past participants highly recommend KymBre's chair yoga classes as they make yoga accessible even for those who can't get down onto the mat!

Chair yoga classes will be held on the first 3 consecutive Tuesdays of each month (January through May), leaving the 4th Tuesday available as a make-up date for weather or illness. Our March sessions will vary slightly, so please see the full list of scheduled class dates. Class is held from 9am-10am on the listed Tuesdays at the Ringtown Valley Senior Citizens Building, 104 W. Main Street, Ringtown.
