Let's Move Day - Ringgold

“Let’s Move Day”, a collaboration of activity-oriented organizations in Catoosa County is happening in Ringgold on September 7 from 1-4 pm at the Ringgold Creekside Park. This event is a way to show everyone of every age that there are many ways to be active, get exercise, and stay fit!

Community organizations, including health organizations, local gyms, sports teams, and experts will be on hand to give helpful hints, demonstrate skills, and teach new drills that can help you discover new interests and hobbies. Experience soccer, pickle ball, disc golf, gymnastics, and more. Make sure you get your free gifts and enjoy the inflatable!

Coach E. W. Dempsey, former coach in the Catoosa County School system will be on hand with games and prizes.
