Heart Attacks, CPR and AED Training In this program you will learn:

- How to identify symptoms and how they can differ between men and women

- How to perform CPR according to the most recent guidelines.

- How easy it is to use an AED to help improve the victim’s odds

Choking and the Heimlich Maneuver

In this program you will learn:

- How to identify a choking victim

-How to administer the Heimlich Maneuver (also called Abdominal Thrusts)

-What to do if a choking victim becomes unresponsive

-How to administer the Heimlich Maneuver on yourself

Note 1: All who successfully complete the programming will receive a certificate vaid

for two years
