We are two weeks away from our 2nd annual Power Zone Athletics Conditioning Camp & 3vs3 Tournament. Two years in a row we are filled to capacity. These skates are like no prep skates, the Power Zone puts the fun in conditioning. Thank you Rimbey and Area for your support 😎
Each player will receive 9 - 1.75 hour sessions. The first hour we have high tempo drills planned, lots of skating, passing, shooting & battling. We get a 15 minute break with a flood & then we begin our 3vs3 tournament. 4 teams will compete throughout the 9 skates for the Power Zone Cup! 1 year gym memberships will be awareded to the winning team! We have also added an NHL style skills competition with prizes for the winners of each event.
Throughout our camp Tendy’s Grill will be open with some great options for healthy food & snacks. To all the youngster puck hunters, return a PZ puck to Tendy’s Grill and receive a healthy snack!
With our first two years filling to capacity we have already started planning year 3 and it will be by far the best yet!
