About the event

Managing Wildlife Predation
Join K-State Extension's Wildlife Specialist Drew Ricketts. During this program, we'll go over wildlife predation to understand predator biology, management, and how that affects livestock owners. We'll also discuss the legal rights livestock owners have when dealing with predators. We'll end the presentation with an open Q&A time to address other wildlife questions the audience may have (beavers, coyotes, mountain lions - oh my!).

This event is a part of our Coffee & Conversation series. These educational programs are held monthly and feature a timely presentation geared toward Ag producers and landowners. We'll provide the coffee and pie, you provide the conversation! The event is free to attend. Please register online or by calling the Riley County Extension Office at 785-537-6350 by January 13.
