Achsiographie with the JMA-optic
From the measurement to the evaluation and the therapy
With the “Jaw motion analyzer” (JMA optic, Zebris medical),
the movement from different points in the area of the
temporomandibular joint and the interincisal point can be
registered and recorded. With an approximately accurate
determined centre of movement, the movement pathways,
which are obtained in this way, can be used in both for the
individual control of articulators and diagnostically
evaluation.
