Mistakes are not failures.
They are direction changers.
They open new doors you didn’t know existed.
In creative work — and in life — mistakes are often the moments that reveal something deeper: a new idea, a new perspective, a new way forward. Yet many of us tense up, freeze or judge ourselves as soon as something “goes wrong.”
Mistakes Are Cool is a workshop designed to shift that mindset.
Here you’ll learn how to appreciate the unexpected, how to respond instead of react, and how to use mistakes as tools for creativity rather than obstacles. Sometimes life doesn’t go as planned — what matters is how you adapt, how you stay open and how you turn those “wrong turns” into something meaningful.
This workshop is playful, supportive, insightful and deeply practical.
It’s not about performing. It’s about discovering.

֎ Instructor: Mairita Rosicka
Mairita is an improviser and improv teacher with more than 15 years of experience in performing, teaching and developing creative formats.
She has founded her own improv studio, trained with top improvisers around the world and helped hundreds of students discover confidence, creativity and joy in the process.
Her teaching style is human, accessible and inspiring — focused on helping people grow, think differently and trust their own ideas. Mairita has performed internationally, collaborated across artistic disciplines and created multiple original show concepts. She knows how to guide people through the creative process with clarity, warmth and playfulness.
