She Let Go- An evening with Erica Jo Shaffer

Join our guide for the evening, Erica Jo Shaffer ( https://www.wildlycraftedwoman.com/) as she leads us in a journey guided towards release of what doesn’t serve us.

In this evening together, we will begin with a pot luck (5pm) and then open our sacred time together with a fire ceremony. We will journey into the woods to understand where we are coming from, what we are healing from, through and where we are heading now. We will gather to experience a release with guided pranayama (breathwork) and share in the wild wisdom that is group work, release, deepening.

This is a sacred evening together and coming of sober mind and body is a requirement.
