The Riegelsville Inn invites you to an intimate evening of wine, cheese, and culinary storytelling. Fork & Vine is a four-course, guided pairing experience created in collaboration with Fourchette, the acclaimed artisan cheese shop of Clinton, New Jersey.

Together, our culinary and wine teams will take guests on a refined “tour of Europe,” exploring classic and unexpected pairings that celebrate craftsmanship, terroir, and flavor.

This is an evening designed for those who appreciate the details — beautifully paced, thoughtfully curated, and meant to be savored.

As a thank-you for joining us, guests attending Fork & Vine will receive a complimentary Laguiole cheese knife, included with the price of admission. This timeless piece is meant to be used, enjoyed, and remembered — a small extension of the craftsmanship and care behind the evening.

Amuse-Bouche | Welcome & First Pour
Host: Cheese: Délice de Bourgogne (Fourchette)

Info: A warm welcome begins with classic French gougères, filled with Délice de Bourgogne and accented by fig–balsamic reduction and micro amaranth.


First Course | The Art of Pairing
Host: Cheese: Leonora (Fourchette)

Info: This interactive course invites guests to explore how different flavor elements transform the way wine is perceived. A single wine is paired with a composed tasting plate of small bites, each highlighting a distinct flavor profile: Sweet (dark chocolate honeycomb) • Fat & Salt (Leonora goat cheese mousee, salted brioche) • Acid (savory lemon sabayon) • Umami (crab-stuffed mushroom)


Entrée | Alpine Depth & Old-World Elegance
Host: Cheese: Comte (24 Month)(Fourchette)

Info: The centerpiece of the evening features breaded veal wrapped in French country ham, layered with 24-month aged Comté, sautéed spinach, and champignons de Paris, finished with a herbed Cabernet glacé.


Dessert | Savory Meets Sweet
Host: Cheese: Robiola Tre Latti (Fourchette)

Info: A refined, cheese-forward finale: rosemary–hazelnut brown butter pears, sous vide and set in a shortbread tart shell, finished with Robiola Tre Latti custard, Amarena–Sangiovese reduction, crushed hazelnuts, and rosemary.
