Overnight long run

It’s that time again for one of our long overnight runs to get ready for an all night race in November. We are going to start from the FF Ridgeland store and run out and backs on the multi purpose trails. Come join us for 30 miles of fun!!! If you don’t want that many miles, you can always jump in first half or the second half. There will be Waffle House after the run for sure. Same setup as last year, bring you own nutritions and have fun. I will have a case of water and a few extra snacks.
