Led by RVNAhealth physical therapist, Andrea de Lange, Strength & Beyond features a circuit of upper and lower body exercises, functional mobility drills, and cognitive challenges — all customized to your fitness level and goals.

It’s an ideal fit for those managing osteoporosis or simply looking to stay strong and independent.

Andrea brings over 30 years of experience treating orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is certified in the LSVT Big method for people with Parkinson’s and other movement disorders.
