Winter Shadows, Inner Flame: A Reiki Healing Experience
This guided meditation and Reiki healing experience is designed to support those moving through seasonal sadness and the emotional heaviness that can arise during the winter months. Together, we will create a safe and nurturing space to slow down, honor the shadows that surface in this season, and meet them with compassion rather than resistance.
Through gentle shadow work, guided meditation, and Reiki energy, this session invites you to release seasonal heaviness and reconnect with your inner flame—the quiet, steady light that continues to glow even during the longest nights. You are not here to fix yourself, but to be held, supported, and reminded of your inner warmth and resilience.
Space is limited to keep this experience intimate and supportive. Participants will rest on padded Reiki tables, with pillows and blankets provided for comfort, allowing you to fully relax and receive.
This experience is ideal for anyone feeling low energy, emotionally heavy, disconnected, or in need of rest, reflection, and gentle energetic support during the winter season.
