Join us for a nourishing afternoon of heart-led presence, gentle empowerment, and deep reconnection, an invitation to return to the wisdom already alive within you. A moment to pause, soften, and listen deeply to the truth that so often gets buried beneath the noise. Through breath, stillness, and sound, we remember what is whole within us. We meet ourselves with care, honouring the wisdom within. Whether you arrive tender, tired, curious, or courageous, this experience will meet you just as you are and guide you gently home

What to Expect

We’ll begin with gentle, embodiment practice to ground into your body and awaken awareness. A meditative sound journey will follow, opening the heart and creating spaciousness for deeper rest. The heart of the experience is a 40-minute Conscious Connected Breathwork session—an invitation to release old patterns, meet unspoken emotions, and reconnect with the deep wisdom already within you. We’ll end with a sharing circle to integrate and connect in community.
