Have you ever wanted to try yoga but thought “I won’t be good at it” or “I’m not flexible enough or strong enough”?
Stepping onto your yoga mat for the very first time can be intimidating.
Join us for a free 45-minute class designed especially for brand-new beginners. We will gently introduce simple movements, mindful breathing, and the basics of a yoga practice—all in a welcoming, non-intimidating space. This is a chance to ease into yoga at your own pace, with support and encouragement every step of the way.
Following the class, we will open the floor for a Q&A session so you can ask any questions you may have—about the practice, our studio, or how to get started.
Whether you’re looking to release tension in your body, calm your busy mind, or simply try something new, we invite you to take this first gentle step.
No experience required.
Come as you are. Leave feeling calm, relaxed, and more at ease!
What to bring:
We provide props, so all you need to bring is a yoga mat and yourself in comfortable clothing you can move in.
(If you do not have a yoga mat, we have one you may borrow).
