Swingtime in Springtime: 4 Week Lesson Series with The Dance Friends RVA

Get ready to swing into the heat of Spring with four weeks of fun, movement, and connection at The Dance Space! Whether you’re a total beginner or looking to polish your skills, these lessons are perfect for dancers of all ages and experience levels.

This series is designed to help you build confidence on the dance floor while learning exciting moves and techniques. Plus, it’s a fantastic opportunity to meet other dance enthusiasts and make new friends in a welcoming and lively atmosphere.

When: May 7th, 14th, 21st, and 28th

8:00-9:30PM

Where: The Dance Space @ 6004 West Broad Street

Cost: $10 per lesson, or $30 for the entire series

Taught By: Chelsea & Chase, a dancing duo with years of experience who'll focus on helping you to succeed on the floor with fun and flair

Chris & Gemma: the former a swing dancer of 8 years from with extensive knowledge of the technique and history of swing, and the latter an expert on rhythm and form who'll help you wow all your friends with your new style!

The lessons will include:

* Fun games to warm up your technique and play with improvisation to start with

* A new technique to add to your swing repertoire and help you develop

* Ending with at least half and hour for Open Social Dancing to put it all together!
