Friday, December 5: 5:00 - 6:00pm -OR- 6:00 - 7:00pm
Friday, January 23: 5:00 - 6:00pm -OR- 6:00 - 7:00pm

Cost: $20/session or $60 for all 4 sessions
All sessions at SwimRVA-Meadowbrook.

SwimRVA is thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for our Rapids athletes as well as friends outside of the team! We will be offering Starts and Turns Clinics for athletes of similar ability levels to our Novice, Advanced Novice, Age Group and Junior Groups. These 1 hour clinics will focus entirely on improving the two areas of swimmers that often make the most difference in a race; the start and the turn(s).
