As the nights draw in ...come and immerse yourself in a nourishing soundscape, woven together using the frequencies of Gongs, the voice, monochord, swarmandal, bowls and other instruments to deeply connect you to your own stillness and inner balance.
Please bring mats, cushions, blankets and anything to make yourself comfortable and warm .
