SCULPT/Pilates Based Teacher Training

Join us for SCULPT Teacher Training!

SCULPT is a 45 minute Pilates inspired workout focused on controlled movements which work your entire body. SCULPT is a low-impact, high-results toning workout with the fire of infrared heating panels. After warming up the body, there are 14 sets of intervals with 2 minutes of work each. SCULPT intervals include thigh, glute, core, arm, and posterior chain work. All moves in this class are slow and controlled to focus on engaging and burning out each muscle group.
